I had an excellent experience at Tampa Urgent Care. I appreciate the online appointment opportunity. It saved us waiting in the office. Carrie was a great listener and was very helpful. She was professional and caring. The front office staff were efficient and respectful.

Had no problems! Professional, respectful and very knowledgeable! They were able to tell me on the phone right off the bat that they took my insurance! The unfortunate part is that I had pink eye on both of my eyes not one. Had I not gone to this Clinic, I would have not have known it was on both of my eyes. But at least I have my antibiotic drops to help me that they prescribed for me!

Very amazing experience here! Been to a few urgent care centers before and this was by far, one of the best. No wait time, helped me figure out the insurance because I’m not from FL, got me in, helped me with the problems, and sent me home with what I needed! Thank you so much for the great experience!’

The office was quick to check me in. Several people came in after me, and the receptionist communicated wait times. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained the information I needed. They sent my prescription over right away, so it was ready when I arrived. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly. And the doctor was to the point, but in a personable way. I appreciated them very much. It felt like I was a person more than a commodity. And that’s sadly rare with medical practices now. Thank you to the team for helping me out.

Tampa Urgent Care was incredibly easy for my child’s sports physicals. There were plenty of time slots to choose from every day. Once we arrived at our designated time we were greeted right away and the doctor got right to it. Once they were cleared with a clean bill of health, the paperwork was completed and handed back. I will always go back here every year. Very clean office and friendly staff.

2 starts because the people were very apologetic and kind. BUT... 1. 10 minutes late to open the door in the AM 2. 40 minutes to be seen once inside. 3. 10 minutes once PA left before anyone came to administer tests. 4. 9 hours and they still haven't called in the prescriptions my sick child needs. If you are in a hurry, this may not be the best "Urgent" care to visit.

I have been to Tampa Urgent Care a number of times and I got the most professional service and the wait time was less than ten minutes. I have the utmost confidence in their care and service.
